A is for Apples, And apple pie And twenty-some GALLONS of apple sauce (Maybe we went a little overboard?) And apple crisp, And dried apples, And apple pancakes, And apple topping on waffles; And plans to make apple juice in the near future. Don't forget homemade caramel dip for apples! That's the best! Last night I tried a peanut butter cream cheese apple dip- that was also pretty fine. :) Mom has said for years she appreciates how versatile apples are. This year our early ripening apple tree, a Beacon, was loaded, and so we have been enjoying apples for a few weeks already. What's your favorite way to use apples?
