Look what arrived on the farm last Monday...  Definitely one of the more exciting events of our summer. Grace took these pictures of them today...  Such a big yawn for a little pup!  Matt has had his hands full taking care of these pups and their momma, but the pups are growing quickly. They were just under a pound when they were born and now they are well over 2 pounds. Their eyes aren't open yet, and I'm sure they'll be cuter once their eyes do open and they can walk. .   I'm sure there will be lots of puppy pictures on the future posts on this blog. :) 

Did you know it's national sneak some zucchini on your neighbors porch day? Ha ha!  Anyone who has grown zucchini before knows how those plants produce like crazy. Our neighbors planted a whole row of it this spring- they are going to have a pile of zucchini!! :)  Usually a couple of plants are great plenty for us. Do you have a favorite zucchini recipe? If so, you should share it with us.  We picked our first "crop" today: and it looks like we could have picked them sooner.  And if you are to lazy to sneak it on your neighbor's door step here is another option: It was a busy day here, and a couple of us were in the mood for taking pictures so here are a few for your enjoyment: I had gotten a hint that it was about time for some doughnuts around here: so I made some for breakfast,  They must have been good, since very few of them were left after breakfast.    The arena got an upgrade, thanks to Mr. B who hauled sand for us to...
