"Go West young man"- and we did for 4 days... We are very grateful for my Mom's cousin who looked after the farm and allowed us to get away, it was a quick trip but so nice to get away and see new country. The past couple years since we've started taking 4 day vacations, my siblings have wanted to add new states to their list of places visited- so this year it was Wyoming! We left at 4:10am and were at the WY boarder mid evening- So. much. driving. But worth it to allow for 2 full days in that area. We got to camp 2 of the 3 nights we were out there... I bought a new sleeping bag for this trip, since the plan was to camp, I got a Marmot brand down bag and it was worth every penny- even though the nights got quite cool, I stayed warm!
